JCR Intercultural Exchange Programs Pty Ltd in Australia is the global head office for Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and South Africa.

JCR has an amazing international network of exclusive associate organisations that we have been working with for many years. It is no wonder then that we are able to offer the range of countries and types of programs that we do, also the service that we provide to young people wishing to go abroad or to come to Australia to have a wonderful cultural experience.

We are also known as JCR Au Pairs and Nannies and it is this division that helps families find just the right aupair to live with them and help them with their children and light household duties.

JCR Intercultural Exchange Programs Pty Ltd and JCR Aupairs and Nannies is owned by Sybil Touyz and Sorrel Shulman. The organisation is run by Sybil Touyz assisted by Adina Nathan with a staff of many people, all there to provide service, help and advice.

Sybil has had extensive business experience and has run her own business for many years. Sybil has been involved with the running of JCR in South Africa and Europe. She has travelled extensively around the world. Sybil is an accomplished singer and music teacher and for many years taught music to many people young and old. She is a trained teacher of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). She is a practising Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master.

Adina has extensive business experience.  She has travelled widely in many parts of the world and even lived in various countries. Adina has been a frequent visitor to Australia over many years and has now made Australia her permanent home. Having children and young grandchildren of her own she knows all about what it takes to bring up a family.
